Ariana is a Partner in the Commercial and Corporate Service Line and has gained experience in many areas of commercial law and Intellectual Property. She joined the firm in November 2008 immediately upon her admission to practice Law in the Supreme Court of Judicature.
She is involved in all areas of Intellectual Property Law from the filing of trademark applications and advising a largely foreign clientele on matters including patents, copyright and trade marks, industrial designs and geographical indications.
Ariana is also an integral member of the corporate and commercial team and has experience in the review and drafting of loan and security documentation for commercial financing transactions; mergers and acquisitions; drafting and reviewing of a variety of commercial contracts; incorporation of companies and advising on corporate compliance; preparation and review of construction contracts on behalf of both Employer and Contractor, registration of market actors under the Securities Industry Act; experience in cross border transactions and rendering of legal opinions.
